Terms of Service

MeMesh is owned and operated by PCIRCLE.AI. MeMesh is currently under active development and provided only as an Alpha trial service — it is not a generally available, production-ready product. Please read these Terms of Service ('Terms') carefully before using MeMesh. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

MeMesh is a workspace service for organizing AI work, tracking progress, and reviewing important results before action is taken. The product is under active development and offered only as an Alpha trial release. Features, workflows, interfaces, and availability may be changed, removed, or reset at any time as we continue to build the product. Do not rely on MeMesh for production workloads, mission-critical decisions, or scenarios where data loss or downtime would cause harm.

2. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys, for all activities that occur under your account, and for ensuring you have the right to use any third-party provider, model, agent, or data source you connect through MeMesh. You agree not to misuse the Service or attempt to bypass our security measures.

3. Third-Party Services and Provider Accounts

Some MeMesh features rely on third-party services such as AI providers, authentication services, and related integrations. Your use of those third-party services remains subject to their own terms, policies, pricing, and availability, and we are not responsible for service interruptions or policy changes on their side.

4. Alpha Access and Availability

MeMesh is not currently open for general public use. Access may require application, invitation, or approval from us. Because the Service is an active-development trial, we may reset, pause, throttle, suspend, or end Alpha access at any time without prior notice, and we may change feature scope, supported integrations, or eligibility during the Alpha period. If the service model later changes in a material way (for example, a commercial launch), we will notify you in advance and request explicit consent whenever needed.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of the data you store in your workspace, including agent settings, runs, approvals, audit records, and project data. We encrypt sensitive data and only process it to perform requested operations on your behalf. Because the Service is under active Alpha development, production-grade durability is not guaranteed: workspaces, test data, and connected credentials may be reset during schema migrations or environment rebuilds. Export anything you cannot afford to lose, and do not store the only copy of important data in MeMesh.

6. Limitation of Liability

MeMesh is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind. As an active-development Alpha trial service, the Service comes with no service-level agreement, no uptime guarantee, and no backup or recovery promises. Features, interfaces, and availability may change without notice. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including loss of data, loss of work product, or business impact — resulting from your use of the Service.
