MeMesh is operated by PCIRCLE.AI ('we', 'our', or 'us') and is currently available through a limited Alpha release. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use MeMesh, request access, or send feedback, and how we handle that information.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name and email address through OAuth sign-in or access request forms, along with the data you choose to store in MeMesh, including workspace settings, runs, approvals, and audit records. Sensitive stored data is encrypted with AES-256-GCM.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use this information to run, maintain, and improve MeMesh, help you access and use workspaces, understand workflow issues, manage Alpha access, respond to support requests, and learn from product feedback. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
3. Data Security
We employ industry-standard security measures, including AES-256-GCM encryption for sensitive stored data, secure OAuth authentication, and audit logging. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
4. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information at any time. You can manage your data from your account, request a full data export, or contact us for assistance. Account deletion removes all associated data.
5. Third-Party Services
MeMesh may connect to third-party AI providers, authentication services, infrastructure providers, and related integrations. When you choose to use those services through MeMesh, related requests or data may also be processed under the third party's own terms and privacy practices.
